You must be 18 years or older to use this site. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.

You are solely responsible for your any content, text, information, usernames, graphics, photos, profiles, audio, video and links that you upload, post, transmit and share on the hotck.com web site.

User Conduct

As a Hotck member, you agree that:

• You will not post on the site or transmit to others Hotck members any defamatory, inaccurate, offensive sexually oriented, harassing and racially offensive contents
• You will not threaten or intimidate other Hotck members.
• I will not use a photograph or profile of any third person as your own and register for a user account on behalf of an individual other than yourself
• You will not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
• You will not harvest or collect personal information about other Hotck users whether or not for commercial purposes, without their express consent.
• You will not post, distribute or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.
• You will not use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve, index, "data mine", or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Site or its contents.
• You will not violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws)
• You will not modify, adapt, sub-license, translate, sell, reverse engineer, decipher, de-compile or otherwise disassemble any portion of the Site or any software used on or for the Site or cause others to do so.
• You will not create or submit unwanted email to any Hotck members ("Spam").
• You will not post, transmit or share on the site any private information of any third party, including, without limitation, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, Social Security numbers and credit card numbers;

Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your hotck.com account. While Hotck prohibits such conduct and content on its site, you understand and agree that Hoctk cannot be responsible for the Content posted on its web site and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials and that you use the Hotck.

Hotck may remove any content at any time for any reason (including, but not limited to, upon receipt of claims or allegations from third parties or authorities relating to such content), or for no reason at all.

Registration

As part of the registration process, you will be asked to select a username. You are responsible for the confidentiality and use of your username and password and agree not to transfer or resell your use of or access to the Site to any third party. You can remove your profile at any time by deleting your account. This will also remove any text and images you have stored in the system. You can not register on Hotck if you are under 18 years of age.

Linked Sites

The Hotck may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other web sites or resources. Due to the fact that Hotck has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that Hotck is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any Content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that Hotck shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such Content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.

Copyright Complaints

Hotck and its affiliates respect the intellectual property of others and we prohibit our members from uploading, posting or otherwise transmitting on the Hotck website any materials that violate another party's intellectual property rights. If you believe that a copy of your work is available on the site without your consent or that a copyright infringement has otherwise occurred, please supply us with the following information:

• A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed upon;
• The URL or other specific location on the Hotck website that contains the material that you claim infringes your copyright. You must provide us with reasonably sufficient information to locate the alleged infringing material. For example, "The content at the following URL infringes on my copyright: http://www.hotck.com/XXXXX ."
• An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest
• Your address, telephone number, and e-mail address;
• A statement by you that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
• A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owners behalf.
